Return Policy
If by chance we ship you the wrong item or the item is damaged when you receive it, we will accept your return within 30 days of purchase and issue you a full refund or exchange upon receipt (minus original shipping charges) under the following conditions:
All clothing items must be unworn, unwashed and clean. You are responsible for all shipping charges at this point. We recommend sending all clothing items in some type of waterproof packaging or a well sealed mailer.
There are no refunds or credits issued for Items damaged in shipping. We will only exchange for that same item.
If your item arrives damaged or if we ship you the wrong item, we will provide you with return postage.
How Are The Items Shipped
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus additional, smaller fees for each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order.
Payment Methods We Accept
Northwest Designs accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Check Cards, checks, money orders, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
